The project engages community stakeholders to develop organizational strategies, financial structures, funding stability, long and short-term plans and expanded community connections for WCGB.
Although WCGB projects conducted during the pandemic-built capacity for newcomers and refugees, addressed barriers for visible minority women, and promoted inclusion in rural workplaces, we need to adapt and modernize to ensure stability and sustainability.
